This was the easiest purchase I have ever had at a dealership. Axius had the best selection and most competitive price I could find on a brand new Grand Wagoneer. I flew in from Texas to complete the transaction and the GM Korey Pulliam personally picked me up from the airport. Talk about first class service!

My 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle AWD died in my driveway. I mean it blacked out all instrument panels and was completely silent. Since it was still under warranty Chrysler took care of towing it to the nearest dealership. Slightly over 24 hours later it was ready to come home with two brand new batteries. I was kept informed the entire trip by the tow company and then by the dealership for the duration of it being there. I couldn’t be happier! The service staff were friendly and professional and I was at the dealership less than three minutes. AAA+++

Great service and they will make things right if not!!! At first I had issues with my oil change/tire rotation. I worked with woody and he made sure to make it right. In the end my opinion changed and I highly recommend Sorg. I give high praises to the service advisor woody and how well he worked with me.

Whole experience was really good. Technician kept me informed of what he was finding, even though he was working on an '06 Buick. He advised me what my options were and how each repair decision would affect the performance of my car. His explanation used terminology that I could understand and he didn't talk down to me. The service staff are wonderful people and really work at making the customer experience a positive one. You can tell they really enjoy what they do. Would highly recommend!

I had to wait on my handicap van. Sat there for 3 hours without any update till I asked. They did good work on the recalled items. They then charged me $75.00 just to tell me that my 3 safety lights keep coming on and off because my one router is going out.
